Paws Play and Train — 1:1 Coaching & Behaviour Programmes
By enrolling in any program or booking a session with Paws Play and Train, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms ensure a safe, fair, and successful training environment for both you and your dog.
1. Booking & Payment Policy
• Pre-Payment Required: To secure your booking, payment must be made in full before your scheduled session or program begins. For multi-session packages, full payment (or an agreed-upon instalment plan) must be settled prior to the first session.
• Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule a session. Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours' notice will result in the session being forfeited without a refund.
2. Client Satisfaction & Refunds
• Our Commitment: We are fully dedicated to providing you with the practical skills, professional expertise, and direct support outlined in your program.
• If You Are Not Satisfied: Because dog training involves living animals and relies heavily on daily consistency at home, we cannot offer guaranteed outcomes or refunds for completed sessions. However, your experience is incredibly important to us. If you feel a session or program is not meeting your expectations, please discuss this with us immediately so we can adjust our training approach, review your roadmap, and work together to get things back on track.
3. Training Methods & Equipment
• Commitment to Clarity: We use balanced, tailored training techniques focused on building trust and clear communication.
• Prohibited Gear: To maintain a safe and productive environment, you agree to only use the tools and equipment recommended or approved during your guidance sessions.
4. Safety & Health Requirements
• Vaccinations: All puppies and dogs must be up-to-date with their vaccinations appropriate for their age.
• Disclosing Health & Pain Issues: Physical discomfort can heavily impact behavior. You must disclose any known medical issues, injuries, or chronic pain (such as hip dysplasia, arthritis, or recent surgeries) before training begins.
• Disclosing Aggression/Bite History: If your dog has a history of biting humans or other animals, or has been declared a dangerous dog, you must inform us prior to booking. For safety, we reserve the right to require specific management tools (such as a basket muzzle) during real-world sessions.
5. Client Commitment
• Both Ends of the Leash: Dog training is a partnership. Our 1:1 sessions are designed to teach you how to train your dog. Real, lasting results require you to implement the daily structure, routines, and exercises provided between our scheduled sessions.
